Lancashire Grass Track Junior Riders Club 2008 Club Rules

1. Entry forms must be FULLY completed and returned before CLOSING DATE, complete with Entry fee. No fee enclosed will result in entry being refused. Please enclose a S.A.E. for the return of your meeting acceptance.

2. CLOSING DATE will be the SATURDAY morning post two weeks previous to the forthcoming event.

3. PROVIDING A MARSHAL. You wil be notified when to provide a marshal. NO MARSHAL, NO RIDE!

4. LATE ENTRIES will only be acceted after the closing date if there is an entry available. Late entries will be charged £10.00 extra and required to do an extra marshal duty. No entries are accepted via email.

5. Riders failing to turn up on race day will not be refunded.

6. ALCOHOL - NO ALCOHOL to be consumed on any race day, this includes riders, parents, guardians, friends and family attending the race meetings.

7. The onus is on the entrant to observe scrutineering, practice and 1st race times. Failure to abide by these times will result in NO RIDE.

8. Any rider, parent/guardian or associates attending any race meeting who fail to obey instructions of any officials or member of the committee will be dealt with immediately.

9. LITTER: The use of any tear-offs is forbidden at any grasstrack meetings. Only roll-off systems are allowed. All riders will be provided with a rubbish bag and must use this in the pits, then take all litter home with them. The use of barbeques at race meetings is strictly forbidden.

Any comments on the above rulings please feel free to attend a committee meeting. Any discussions about the above rulings are made at committee meetings NOT ON RACE DAY. RACE DAYS ARE FOR RACING.
